Route Balance didn't start as a product. It started as a spreadsheet built on a real South Florida route to answer one question every night: how much did I collect today, and which stop drifted. That spreadsheet turned into a database. The database turned into a dashboard. This is the story of how 22 months of real route data shaped every feature you see.
