When a customer pays, the money goes directly into your account. Card numbers never enter Route Balance systems. Disputes and chargebacks go through your own payment dashboard.

All Route Balance data is stored and processed in the US. You can request a full export or deletion at any time.
We're honest about where we are.
Route Balance is in pilot. We don't turn on payment flows we haven't reviewed. We don't make compliance claims we can't back up.
